香港的经济奇迹绝不是中共的恩赐，相反，中共政权的延喘则是得益于资本主义的 4，
中共一贯用中国的国情和人民文化素质来为其维护其在中国大陆上的一党专制和人 6，
建立一个民主而强大的中国，这是我们一代中国人的梦想。祖国的统一和民族的强 5，

In 1st July, 2003, the date of 82nd anniversary of
the founding of the CCP, 500 thousands Hong Kong people have gone to
streets to send out a strong voice of protest to CCP autocracy. Shock the whole world!
For the situation, we make the following statement:
1, Must suspend to approve Article 23 by the legislature. It is a handcuff that CCP autocracy goes against the will of the Hong Kong people and forces them. Every country has state security law but to use state organ of dictatorship to deprive people of basic political rights, make anti-party with anti-subversion together in order to defend one party autocracy, that is can not accept by modern civilization and people. The CCP should know that what Hong Kong people against is not a state security law, is one party autocracy. In a country with one party autocracy, what is called “state security law” is “one party autocracy security law”. One party autocracy that is a regime has been felt ashamed by modern human society.2, “In history, any careerist of imperialism is overestimate the power
of themselves and underestimate the force of people”, we just reminder
CCP autocracy to pay attention about this sentence as they are familiar
and avoid to take the same disastrous road as careerist of imperialism.
You should see that what is your position and impression in the
mind of Chinese people and whole world people.
If you do not find the causes from yourself and blindly and
outrageously sum up people appeal as “foreign influence” and threaten
and suppress Hong Kong people, you will finely lift a rock only to drop it
your own feet and court destruction.
3, The miracle of Hong Kong economy is won by the people through hard
work; it is not bestowed as a favour from CCP, opposition it is a fact
without argument that CCP autocracy has been survive by capitalism system
and thought. In the land of
China, any region where is not rule by CCP, it will has a boom economy and
stabile situation of politics for a long period of time. An economy foundation produce a superstructure; a
superstructure influence economy foundation that is thought which
recognized by CCP all along, CCP has tried to build a new economy
foundation at internal but tried to protect old superstructure because
they only concern their power. In
another side, CCP has tried to protect exist economy foundation but tried
to build a backward superstructure for same reason.
That is only concern their interest of one party autocracy in spite
of whole nations, it will eventually spit off by whole China nations.
4, CCP likes to use the special situation of China and the culture
diathesis of Chinese people as a reason to defend their one party
autocracy and bad human rights records, well than at the land of Hong
Kong, people demands a democracy system as Taiwan people had one, why not?
Isn’t Taiwan people has a higher democratic diathesis than Hong Kong
people? We are admiration as Mr Tung finally has made the concession
as he face the Hong Kong people, contrast with CCP who massacred people
and students in 64th 1989 at Tiananmen Square for 14 years now
they has never apologise for that for their nations.
Mr Tung looks brave and great.
We can not ask a leader who never make any mistake but we do demand
as a leader who must be brave in to admit and correct his mistake.
5, To build a democracy and powerful China is a dream of our generation.
Nations consolidate, powerful and prosperous is a same will for
every Chinese. We hope CCP
could conform to the historical trend of the times, set the interest of
nations above every thing else, and come back before come into power as
they made the promise for Chinese nations, lift the ban on establish a
party, freedom of news, release all political conscience offenders.
As a first step, give back the rights to Hong Kong people, carry
out a truthfulness “one country and two systems”.
CCP should hear opinions from the oppositions often and is not only
to those who are greasiness and carry sedan chairs for them. Do not do
anything to harm our nations and become a stand condemned through the
ages.
6, We support the statement and principles of Hong Kong Branch of China
Democracy Party for the current situation of Hong Kong.
